And now, there is an injury concern regarding Jasprit Bumrah. The interim Indian skipper had led the way on the second day in Sydney with the wicket of Marnus Labuschagne in the fourth over of the first session.
He bowled seven overs in total in the morning session. Rested, he came back for more after lunch. However, after bowling the 31st over (the second over after lunch), Bumrah walked off the field. At first, it seemed like enough. Bumrah has gone off the field for a little while a few times in the India vs Australia Test series.
But, after more than half an hour of no Bumrah on the field, everyone was worried. The longer Sarfaraz Khan, who came in as a substitute, stayed on the ground, the worse the Indian fans felt, and the worry of Bumrah being injured increased.
